• ・Solid wood planks are dried thoroughly in the sun, but still contain some moisture.
• ・Moisture content within a solid piece of wood (the moisture content never reaches 0%)
• ・Please understand that cracks, warping, etc. may occur even after purchase.
• ・All materials (slabs and logs) are dried in the sun without the use of artificial dryers or chemicals.
  Therefore, there may be white insects or ants on the bark, sapwood, red meat, and both ears.
• ・Solid wood boards breathe every day, so please consider that cracks that occur after shipping are a natural part of the wood. We cannot be held responsible for any cracks that occur after shipping.
• ・We cannot accept cancellations or returns of products once they have been purchased (ordered). We also cannot provide refunds.
  
• ・If we inspect the product and it appears to be capable of splitting in two before shipping, we will contact the customer and perform a “tear-off process.”
• ・Solid wood boards do not like high temperatures. Do not place them in front of a stove.

• ・All products are dried naturally (in the sun) by standing them upright.
• ・Therefore, the degree of drying of each product may not be consistent.
• ・If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

• ・We can cut to a rough length, but we cannot cut to a specific thickness. Cutting will be charged separately (excluding tax). Length cuts start from 2,000 yen, and one-sided width cuts start from 3,000 yen. (Example) I want two 25mm boards of a 50mm thick item. →It cannot be cut. ※Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or returns of custom-made furniture (dining tables, low tables, etc.) after an order has been placed.
• ・For custom-made products, matte urethane coating will take 3 weeks to 1 month.
• ・Oil painting takes about 1 to 2 months (depending on the size of the tabletop).
• ・Order delivery times may vary depending on the season and busy times.Delivery times will be longer during the winter months.

• ・Solid wood panels do not like high temperatures. Please be mindful of the temperature setting in the room.
• ・We recommend that you ventilate the room once every few hours.
• ・Solid wood boards, both raw materials and custom-made products, breathe every day. When you receive the product, please unpack it as soon as possible.
• ・Please also cover the unpacked product with a blanket or something to prevent it from being exposed to direct sunlight.
• ・We cannot be held responsible for any condition of the product if it is left unsolved for a long period of time.
• ・All materials (solid boards, legs, halved legs, etc.) are dried in the sun without the use of artificial dryers or chemicals. Therefore, in rare cases, white powdery substances such as burrs and long-horned beetles may appear on the surface of the sapwood, red meat, and both edges. Thank you for your understanding.
  ※ In this case, please use a commercially available nozzle-type pest spray. Our store cannot take any responsibility. This product is made from logs that have grown into large logs for hundreds of years, so please assume that there will be insect holes and cracks from drying.

We do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed or returns after delivery.

• ・ごVery rarely, blue stripes may appear on the sapwood of some boards. We appreciate your understanding.
  Please consider this a characteristic of the board. Each board shows its own unique character.
• ・Since solid wood slabs breathe every day, please understand that cracks that occur after ordering and shipping are part of the nature and texture of solid wood.

• ・For log legs, please assume that there will be insect holes and scratches under the bark as they are semi-dried. Also, in rare cases, there may be white stick insects. In that case, please use a commercially available nozzle-type pest spray.
• ・It will be semi-dry, so never place it directly on tatami, flooring, etc.
• ・For customers who purchase logs, we will send you a board to place under the logs. Please be sure to use the board when placing the logs.
• ・After purchasing a log, one or two cracks may appear in the core over time. However, please rest assured that the log will not split into two pieces.

• ・We also accept cutting of logs to the required length (additional charge applies, from 3,000 yen).
• ・Halved legs (hollowed out legs) are dried. (Dried product.)
• ・If you purchase a half-split leg, be sure to use round pads on the top and bottom. (This is to prevent scratches on the tabletop and floor.) Pads are shipped with the product.

• ※If a customer uses logs without using a board or pad and the floor, tatami mats, etc. get damp, we will not be held responsible.

The custom legs come in four different types, each designed to ensure durability.

After many years of custom-made production, we have narrowed it down to four types. Therefore, there may be cases where we cannot meet the customer’s desired leg. Thank you for your understanding.

• ※In the unlikely event that a customer is injured due to a natural disaster (earthquake, etc.), we will not be held responsible.

When on-site work (construction) is delayed and delivery is delayed

• ・We receive delivery dates from customers, construction companies, designers, etc., and proceed with the work to meet the delivery date, and pack the products after production is completed so that they will not be scratched. In the unlikely event that the work (construction) on site is delayed and the delivery date is delayed, we will not be held responsible for the condition of the packed products.

To customers who have products packed and stored at our store:

• ・Storage is free. However, if the storage period exceeds two months, a storage fee of 300 yen per day will be charged. Thank you for your understanding. We store the packaged products in our warehouse, but we cannot take any responsibility for the condition of the product after it arrives to the customer.
• ・As products arrive one after another, your items may be at the bottom.
• ・Therefore, we would appreciate your help in arranging shipment as soon as possible.

To customers who have placed custom orders

• ・For products that are on hold (under negotiation) or products that have not yet been ordered, you must transfer the total amount, half the total order amount, or the full amount to our account.
